This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that are comfortable and well-maintained. I particularly loved the location of this hotel, right opposite the train station and within walking distance of the river, providing a pleasant outlook. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The basic amenities are all available and the rooms even have a nice sized balcony to enjoy the fresh air.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

The Premier Inn is literally across the road from the station so very convenient if arriving by train. We thought the room was very clean and comfortable. There was freeview television and even a portable radiator if we'd needed it. We were lucky to have a river view from our room.
Gaining access to the hotel was quite confusing from arrival at the railway station. It wasn't clear which door was the entry and once we were inside the building after negotiating a flight of stairs down it took us quite a while to locate the reception area - which was more difficult carrying luggage. Whilst very convenient for the railway the hotel is not really in the city centre: it's a good ten minutes walk uphill and through an area of typical 1960s construction.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the city centre and plenty of parking available for a small charge. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel was also quiet at night, allowing us to relax and unwind. we had a pleasant and convenient experience during our Easter stay.
The only negative aspect we encountered was some dampness and mold in the bathroom. While the staff were apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned, this issue should have been addressed by the cleaners beforehand.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right beside the river and directly opposite the train station. the rooms are spacious and have great views over the river. the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. the breakfast options are excellent, especially for those with dietary restrictions, as they cater well to gluten-free options.
The hotel's corporate customer service leaves much to be desired. Complaints are handled by a third-party insurance company, resulting in delays and legalistic responses to legitimate claims.

We stayed to visit Norfolk and Norwich being the capital for a long weekend we decided it would be a good place to base ourselves. The hotel is on the river and is central for shopping and has various restaurants to suit most people needs. If you are young there is a whole street devoted to night clubs and the usual eateries you would find in that type of location. We expected to have a noisy night but did not hear any noise at all. We had an evening meal and breakfast on both days, evening meal was good and breakfast was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel were all friendly, cheerful and helpful at all times. Enjoyed our stay and wee stay at a Premier Inn again.
